Preise:
Alle Preise sind EK Netto exklusive Fracht.

Lieferbedingungen:
Die Ware wird mit UPS ausgeliefert. Bestellungen unter 600€ werden mit 19€ Frachtkosten pro Lieferung fakturiert. Ausnahme: Bei einer Bestellung von Bodenkartenständern werden 95€ Frachtkosten fakturiert.

Restlieferung:
In Ausnahmenfällen gibt es Lieferengpässe bei unseren Partnern. In diesen Fällen wird die Restbestellung kostenlos nachgeliefert sobald diese eingetroffen ist. Im Falle von gewünschter Teil-Lieferung fallen wie in unseren Lieferbedingungen beschrieben Frachtkosten an.

Mindestbestellung:
Keine Mindestbestellung.

Zahlungsbedingungen:
20 Tage Netto nach genehmigter Kreditprüfung. Die Rechnung wird der Lieferung beigelegt solange keine anderen Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden.

Transportschäden:
Alle Transportschäden werden direkt an den Spediteur gemeldet und von dem Spediteur ersetzt. Eine schriftliche Notiz wird auf dem Lieferschein vermerkt und von Ihnen sowie von dem Chauffeur unterschrieben. Beide behalten eine eigene Kopie. Die Auszahlung erfolgt von dem Transportunternehmen.

Reklamationen:
Reklamationen (nicht Transportschäden) müssen spätestens 8 Tage nach Erhalt der Ware gemeldet werden. Erst nach einer mündlichen Vereinbarung darf die Ware zurückgeschickt werden. Einen Lieferschein mit Etikett für die Rücksendung erhalten Sie von uns.

Vorbehalte:
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Produktänderungen, Ausverkaufs- oder Preisaktionen von Produktserien durchzuführen.

Gültigkeit:

Sköna Ting manages your personal data in order to:

How long do we save your data?

In order get your data deleted, you can contact us at any time and we will ensure that your information is deleted from our system within 24 hours. Some information that may occur on e.g. invoices we cannot delete, for accounting reasons.
